If you’re afraid to decorate in vibrant colors, a kids’ playroom is a great room to experiment in!

If you’ve been considering adding a single bright color to your home pallet, like orange or lime green, add it to a playroom and see how it makes you feel. 

Or you could decorate with a “colorful” theme and get your kiddos’ imaginations flying. This is what toy companies do, so adding a rainbow of colors to a playroom should match all the stuff already in the room. 

So go be fearless my friend and liven up that playroom. Your kids will expand their imaginations and love being in their room!

Pull color ideas from objects you adore that are already in your room.

What cool objects or favorite treasures you’ve picked up along your journey are already in your room? What colors are they? Do the colors suit you? How do those colors make you feel?

This is a great starting point to consider when you want to spice up a room but don’t really know what you want to do with it. 

This process will also help you create a room based on something you love, not a trend. This means you’ll enjoy your room longer cuz trends come and go so quickly.
